Spreadable dairy products with or without fresh herbs or spices are popular products on bread. Syneresis control and a good spreadability are of key importance. During consumption creamy mouthfeel combined with a pleasant fresh taste is an important attribute. To achieve this the right selection and combination between emulsifiers and stabilizers has been determined in the following Pectacon Formulations.
