Pectacon M-4924 Print

Pectacon M-4924 was recently developed  as an instantised micro crystaline cellulose (MCC). Via a specially developed proces the MCC is activated and as a consequence Pectacon M-4924 can be added to a solution without the usual high shear forces necessary to activate regular MCC solutions.

The product provides viscosity and an excellent mouthfeel. Besides being very functional it has excellent heat & freeze/thaw stability, and a high water absorbing capacity. An excellent product to prevent syneresis or separation in sauces or ready meals.

Besides being very functional in sauces and ready meals, other application suchs as e.g. bakery cream, can benefit from the additional functional aspects of this product.
