Fruit Sauce/Topping

Fruit based sauces vary from ripples and toppings to fruit syrups. Fruit based sauces are often used in combination with frozen or chilled dairy desserts to add a fruity taste and as a decoration. The amount of sugars is high and a thickened, pumpable texture with good pourability is desired.
